How you'll make an impact

The speed and ease of delivering our products to customers is central to the success of Fraudio. You will take responsibility for, manage and improve key parts of the customer journey, with a focus on their onboarding and Fraudio receiving high quality payment data from them.

You will utilize clear communication and documentation to ensure the customer experience is as pain-free as possible, setting the tone for the relationship with the customer.

  • You have experience working in the payment industry and have an in-depth understanding of payment data and card scheme ISO standards.
  • You have a proven track record in a customer facing role and enjoy working directly with them.You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are excited by the challenge of onboarding customers to our innovative and disruptive AI/MLproduct.
  • You'll embrace working in cross functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product and Management to build your product knowledge as well as your non-technical and technical skill sets.

Your principal responsibilities

  • Owning key parts of the customer onboarding process including the receipt of data and data quality improvement process.
  • Organizing and running meetings with customers project managing key parts of the integration progress while ensuring integration clarity and momentum.
  • Educating customers on Fraudio best practices to simplify onboarding and align expectations.
  • Answer customers onboarding questions - and if necessary - communicate customers onboarding needs, requests, and questions to the appropriate Fraudio team member and act as liaison.
  • Leverage and communicate customer feedback to the relevant people for continuous improvement to the onboarding process, while updating integration documentation and guidelines pertaining to your area of ​​expertise.
  • Establish strong relationships with new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers.
  • Track and hit key agreed customer onboarding milestones.

Your knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field ie Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields with demonstrable technical knowledge or Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields
  • 4+ Years experience in the payments industry
  • 2+ Years experience in a customer-facing role at a technology company
  • In depth card scheme payment knowledge, including familiarity with ISO standards and strong customer authentication (SCA) concerning credit card payments
  • Strong understanding of the credit card payment flow. You understand the different players in the chain, the different stages of a transaction and difference between TC40/SAFE files and chargebacks
  • Critical thinking and proven strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Evidence of consistently excelling at what you do
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred experience with data analysis and proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Bonus if knows languages ​​​​similar to Scala and Python
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty
  • Fluent English speaker with other languages ​​(especially Spanish) a plus

For this position we are looking for someone who is currently located in Portugal. You should be legally authorized to work in Portugal without the need for sponsorship.
